Dylan Morning: Brussels '98 Part II, Modern Times

As you would expect from a man of my inclinations, first thing I did today was get me Modern Times, the new Dylan album, which I am copiously enjoying now. The www is abuzzing with joy this morning all because of this, and Pitchfork already has a viewpoint I agree with on this great new one from Mr. Zimmerman.
