Damien Rice: Live from the Union Chapel

So I am looking around for Damien Rice stuff for my wife (who loves him) and I stumble on this supposedly rare limited edition live album on Amazon selling for $94.99 a cd. Is slowburn pop really worth this? The ebay lads seems to be kinder. Anyhow, found it in the usual places and thought I'll post two songs, for the heck of it. Enjoy.
